Master’s degree in psychology and Post Graduated Diploma in Family and Relationships Psychotherapy. She is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a member of The Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Roberta is an executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in mental health, aged care and disability services.

Roberta strives to ensure that high-quality standards of services are constantly provided

MICCOLI

CO-FOUNDER AND COUNSELLOR

Bachelor’s degree in psychology and Diploma in Counselling.

He is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (A.C.A.)

His therapeutic approach is informed by the Person-Centered Psychotherapy and the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Lionello also delivers Mindfulness and Relaxation strategies techniques specific to each client.

LARA
NELLI

COUNSELLOR and psychotherapist

Master’s in counselling and Psychotherapy. Bachelor’s degree of behavioural Science and Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Mental Health.

Lara is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), and she has expertise in adults, adolescents and children’ therapy, particularly with anxiety issues, and behavioural and emotional problems.

Lara uses different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Parent-child interaction therapy, Parent coaching and Child-Centred play therapy.

ENRICO ZUCCOLO

Enrico has long working experience in construction. His expertise covers everything from small repairs inside the house as well as major renovation projects, including bathrooms and kitchens design and construction.

He collaborates with our team of Practitioners and Support Workers to deliver suitable home environment for every participant.

Home Maintenance

Chiara is originally from Italy and is a valued member of the Casa Mia Care Services team. She provides general cleaning and household support, helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our participants.

Chiara is reliable, caring and attentive to detail. She takes pride in her work and approaches each task with respect for the individual needs, preferences and privacy of our participants.

Her responsibilities include general household cleaning, tidying, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and maintaining a comfortable and hygienic home environment.

Cinzia Invernizzi

Activities Group Facilitator & Support Worker

Cinzia is a dedicated Support Worker with a degree in Art and a passion for creativity, sewing and hands-on activities. At Casa Mia Care Services, she facilitates engaging and inclusive group activities tailored to each participant’s interests, abilities and goals.

Through art, sewing and crafts, Cinzia supports participants to develop fine motor skills, concentration, confidence, independence and social interaction, while encouraging creativity and meaningful participation.

Her warm and person-centred approach creates a welcoming environment where participants can learn new skills, express themselves and connect with others.
